      • I hereby agree and acknowledge that in the event of voluntary withdrawal or discontinuance from the program, LMS and any other learning logins created for as part of the program will be blocked and removed. IIM Sambalpur/NSE Academy reserves the right to admit me into the program in future.
      • I hereby agree and acknowledge that all fees payable hereunder shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds. Fees paid shall not be refundable or adjustable under any circumstances.
      • I hereby agree and acknowledge that Campus Immersion Charges/Fee does not cover travel expenses, Candidate will bear the additional costs of travel and other allied expenses for the campus visit/ immersion at IIM, Sambalpur). Candidates will be duly notified regarding the IIM Sambalpur Campus Immersion scheduled for the program.
      • I hereby agree and acknowledge that IIM Sambalpur/NSE Academy does not, in any manner whatsoever, assure, warrant, guarantee, or promise any job/placement/advancement to any participant. Under no circumstances, IIM Sambalpur/NSE Academy shall be held responsible/liable for failure on the part of the participants to pass/successfully clear the interview process or the requirements to successfully secure a job.
      • I hereby agree and acknowledge that 'Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Data & AI/Cybersecurity/Strategic HRM & HR Analytics) for Working Professionals' program is administered by the NSE Academy Ltd. in collaboration with IIM Sambalpur. The 'Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Data & AI/Cybersecurity/Strategic HRM & HR Analytics) for Working Professionals' Diploma will be provided only on attending and completing all the completion criteria for all the modules.
      • I hereby agree and acknowledge that the international certificate(s), if any, are administered by the respective credentialing bodies. The participants need to complete certificate criteria to be eligible for the certificate(s).
      • I hereby agree and acknowledge that the course content/outline mentioned in the prospectus/brochure/user handbook is indicative and IIM Sambalpur / NSE Academy reserves the right to modify content, expert(s), platform, delivery & date(s) of the program in the best interest of the participants.
